Document approved by the services of the French Financial Markets Authority in which are listed all the characteristics of FCPE and simplified FCP. The prospectus must be made available to all subscribers. It is updated along with any modification that may be made to the UCITS.

Public offer, Share exchange offer
Public offer : Procedure by which an operator or a company publicly informs shareholders of their intention to take control of their company by buying shares at a single purchase price.
Share exchange offer : Identical to a public offer, but the payment is made in the form of shares in the company that initiates the offer.
