Groupama Asset Management appoints Laure Mazzoléni-Robin as Control & Legal Director

Groupama Asset Management, which has now attained total assets under management of 100 billion euros, has announced the appointment of a new Director of its Control and Legal unit. Laure Mazzoléni-Robin will be in charge of the internal control, compliance, regulatory affairs and legal departments. She is a member of the Executive Committee and reports directly to Jean-Marie Catala, Deputy CEO.

Groupama Asset Management is hardening the close of its Groupama Avenir Euro fund

After initially soft-closing the Groupama Avenir Euro fund by imposing a charge of 10% on new investors, Groupama Asset Management has today announced that this measure will now be extended to existing investors.

Third-party distribution: net inflow of 3.4 billion euros for Groupama Asset Management in 2016

The assets under management of Groupama Asset Management increased by 5 billion euros in 2016, reaching a total of 96.8 billion euros (as of 31 December 2016).

Inflow of 4.5 billion euros from the third party clients of Groupama Asset Management since January 2016

Thanks to net inflow from its external clients of 4.5 billion euros for the year up to 31/08/2016, combined with sustained international development, Groupama Asset Management is significantly reinforcing its assets under management.

Press release Orange to acquire a 65% stake in Groupama Banque, which will become Orange Bank

Orange and Groupama have signed an agreement that aims to enable the development of an innovative, 100% mobile banking service.

This agreement concludes the exclusive discussions that have been ongoing between the two Groups since January and paves the way for the acquisition by Orange of a 65% stake in Groupama Banque. Groupama will retain the remaining 35%.
