It is with great pride and pleasure that I can announce to you that, for the second consecutive year, Groupama AM has won the following awards at the EUROPEAN FUNDS TROPHY 2020:

•  Best European asset management company¹
• FUNDCLASS Trophy for best asset management company over 7 years¹

In an exceptional global economic environment, and despite an unprecedented crisis on the financial markets last March, the quality and robustness of fund management by Groupama Asset Management has again been recognized this year. These accolades reward our active and long-term management approach, based on fundamental analysis and our integrated research department.

The award ranking uses the FUNDCLASS quantitative methodology² (APT Methodology)³, which aims to reward asset management companies that regularly outperform their competitors, instead of measuring their outperformance compared to a benchmark. The overall score awarded to the fund range of an asset manager is calculated on the basis of a weighted mean of all the funds rated over 7 years. Funds that perform poorly detract from the overall score. The winners are divided into 8 categories according to the number of rated funds and their country of registration.

In 2020, Groupama AM continued developing its range with the launch of new investment solutions,, such as the G Fund New Deal Europe, a fund that has been awarded the “France Relance” label issued by the French government for funds that are investing in a green, responsible and sustainable economic recovery. The creation of value for our clients by means of innovation, fundamental analysis and a conviction-based management approach is the common denominator at the heart of the management strategies established by Groupama AM to achieve the ambitions we have for our clients.
