Groupama Asset Management announces the appointment of Olivier Le Braz as Insurance Management and Partnerships Development Manager
Groupama Asset Management, a subsidiary of Groupama, with assets under management now exceeding 100 billion euros*, has appointed an Insurance Management and Partnerships Development Manager. Olivier Le Braz will report directly to Thierry Goudin, Development Manager.
Olivier Le Braz started his career in 1990 working for the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations group in Spain (Barcelona and Madrid), before joining Banque d’Orsay, where he developed the corporate customer base (1993 to 2001).
He then joined Robeco Gestions, as Institutional Customer Development Manager in France. In 2002, Olivier Le Braz joined Orsay AM, where he developed the marketing strategy for the group’s asset management solutions (Alternative, Convertibles, Credit, High Yield and Emerging), with a customer base comprising insurance companies, banks, pension and provident funds and fund selectors (multi-manager funds).
Following the acquisition of Orsay by Oddo & Cie in 2010, Oliver Le Braz was appointed Director of the External Distribution Division of Oddo AM. In 2012, he joined Rothschild & Co Asset Management as Director of the Institutionals department, while also assuming the responsibilities of Country Manager for Spain.
In his new capacity as Insurance Management and Partnerships Development Manager, Olivier Le Braz will be responsible for the promotion and marketing of the ALM (Asset Liability Management)solutions of Groupama Asset Management in France and Europe. These solutions are specially tailored to meet the challenges faced by institutional investors (financial management, prudential constraints, market environment and risk management).
