You hold units in the GROUPAMA OBLIG EUROPE fund.

We would like to inform you that Groupama Asset Management, the management company of this fund, has decided to make the following change:

This change will come into effect on 21 January 2013.

All other characteristics of your UCITS fund remain unchanged.

Investors will be sent the fund’s full prospectus within one week of requesting it in writing from Groupama Asset Management, 58 bis rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.
