Our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) department, which is attached to the General Secretariat, implements this strategy on a daily basis and has been in charge of the Groupama Asset Management Foundation since June 2013.
Under the auspices of Fondation de France, the aim of the Groupama Asset Management Foundation is to support actions promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged persons impacted by the demographic, digital and environmental transitions.
GOVERNANCE
The Governance system of Groupama Asset Management separates the functions of CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors.
To emphasize the company's firm roots in its parent company, the Chair of the Board of Directors is traditionally the Financual Director of the Groupama Groupe. Since 2015. the Board of Directors has included two independent directors. In application of best governance practices, Groupama Asset Management has had an established remuneration committee since 2011.
