Change in investment restrictions for the subfund's S share class

GROUPAMA ALPHA FIXED INCOME PLUS

The Board of Directors of the SICAV GROUPAMA Fund decided on 19 June 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the prospectus in force, to lift, as of 20 June 2025, the restrictions applicable to subscriptions and conversions for the S share class (ISIN: LU1891751320) of the GROUPAMA ALPHA FIXED INCOME PLUS subfund for a period of one month or once the net asset value of the share class has exceeded €100 million.

As such, on completion of one of the above-mentioned conditions, the S share class, reserved for institutional investors, will be closed to all new subscriptions and conversions (“hard close” as defined in the “Restriction applicable to subscriptions and conversions and investment restrictions for US nationals” section in Part I of the Groupama Fund prospectus).

This decision was taken for commercial reasons, in a market context that allowed this share class at preferential price to be reopened.
