As of 15 October 2025, the deadline for submitting daily subscription and redemption requests for the three funds in our money market range will be pushed back by 25 minutes, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:25 p.m. (Paris time). This brings us into line with the practices of order execution platforms for this type of fund, which are increasingly used by our customers. 

The funds concerned are: Groupama Entreprises, Groupama Monétaire and Groupama Trésorerie. The fund's regulatory documentation, updated as a result of this change, will be available on the website: https://www.groupama-am.com from October 15 2025.
