In line with changes to AMF doctrine (DOC 2011-15), the presentation of fees applicable to French funds is changing.

This regulatory change means that financial managers will no longer charge transaction fees.

Thus, as of 1 January 2026, fees will be presented in two categories:

• Financial management fees: related to portfolio management.
• Operating and other service fees (FFS): covering, in particular, regulatory, legal, custodian, audit, reporting, index, ESG data and certain external services.

These operating fees will now be billed on the basis of a predefined flat rate. If the actual fees are lower than the flat rate, the flat rate will be applied. If the actual fees exceed the flat rate, Groupama Asset Management will cover the excess.

Impact for unitholders:

• This change increases transparency and simplifies the reading of fees. It has no impact on the overall level of fees: the sum of ‘financial management fees’, ‘operating and other service fees’ and ‘indirect management fees’, where applicable, remains the same.
• All other characteristics of the Funds remain unchanged.
